Help with latching, positioning, providing knowledge on feeding cues and satiety so you can feed confidentially knowing you have the skills and knowledge to meet your babies needs.

Welcoming a new tiny person into your home is a big deal and sometimes other family members need a little extra love in this time of transition.

Emotional Support
The opportunity to relax and reset, knowing there is support for you. I can listen and talk, or give you space to shower or have a nap. I can also provide additional resources and recommendations when appropriate.
Light Household Chores
Dishes, laundry, basic meal prep, anything that will make your life easier and give you an opportunity to recover and bond with baby.
Overnight Care
Infant care including feeding changing and gentle support back to sleep. Bringing baby for breastfeeding or collecting pumped milk. You can get a full nights sleep knowing everything is taken care of.
