Overview: PCSS is a provincially funded program under the Family Resource Network (FRN), offering free, evidence-based resources and support for parents and caregivers of children under 13.
Services Offered: Parenting Programs & Workshops: Evidence-based sessions to support family well-being. One-on-One Parent Consultations: Personalized guidance and support. Developmental Check-Ups: Assessments for infants, toddlers, and children under six. Resource & Referral Support: Connecting families to community-based services.

Overview: The Strathmore/ Chestermere Family Resource Network provides a wide spectrum of prevention to intensive services for families with children aged 0-18, at no cost. The Family Resource Network works with families, caregivers and communities to support the safety and resiliency of infants, children and youth within nurturing and supportive environments.
Services Offered: Individualized support for parents/caregivers. Positive Parenting Program classes. Indigenous parenting programs. Psycho-educational workshops. Ages and stages assessments. Play-based learning for children. Information and referrals. Opportunities for social connections

Overview: Community Links is a non-profit registered charity that serves the North Rocky View Region, including Airdrie, Beiseker, Crossfield, Irricana, Balzac, Kathyrn and the surrounding areas in the County of North Rocky View. Our programs support people across their lifespan, starting with pregnancy/birth and through all ages up to and including seniors.
Services include: Counselling, Outreach, Community Development and Family Resources. Community Links serves and promotes the welfare of people in North Rocky View and ensures that all people have access to services, resources and opportunities they require to promote their well-being.

Overview: Offers pregnancy, childbirth, and parenting classes, peer groups, and support for families.
Services Offered:Interactive Virtual Classes: Engaging and social online sessions, allowing parents to connect from anywhere in Alberta. Expert-Led Learning: Real-time contact with experienced educators. Future In-Person Sessions: In-person classes will resume once AHS restrictions are lifted.

Overview: Healthy Families is a free and voluntary, home-based family support and coaching program that supports parents and caregivers, and helps them create stable, nurturing environments for their children. Parents and caregivers are supported to build on a foundation of strong family functioning when facing challenges. Service is centered around building on a family’s strengths.

Overview: Our mission is to support and connect individuals who have experienced the trauma around miscarriage, stillbirth, Termination For Medical Reasons (TFMR), abortion, neonatal loss, Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS), or infertility.

Overview: CIWA provides essential support for immigrant and refugee women, girls, and their families, helping them successfully integrate into Canadian society.
Services Offered: Comprehensive Programs: Over 50 programs addressing settlement, language training, employment support, and family services. Personalized Support: Assistance tailored to meet individual and family needs. Community & Empowerment: Helping women and families build confidence and independence.

Overview: Helps families plan, coordinate and access services to raise a child with disabilities. May help with costs for respite services, parking, mileage, meal accommodation and sibling care associated with medical appointments, medical supplies and specialized services.

Overview: Ages & Stages Questionnaires® (ASQ) are the most widely used developmental and social-emotional screening tools for children ages 2 months to 6 years of age. There are 2 different parent-completed questionnaires that you can complete.
